Our new SouthSide Bistro and Bar is open for your enjoyment, featuring poolside dining and a carefully crafted A La Carte menu. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a casual drink, we invite you to unwind, savor great food and drinks, and soak in the inviting atmosphere.

Please take a moment to read these helpful tips as you stay with us; Our Bistro & Bar will be serving up a scrumptious A’LA Carte Menu: 

  • Breakfast 7:30 am to 10:30 am
  • All Day Menu 11:00 am 6:00 pm
  • Happy hour Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday

 

RECEPTION HOURS:

  • Front desk is accessible 24 hours; however, receptionist will be on duty from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm to assist you with any queries, thereafter security will be on duty.

 

SWIMMING POOL

  • Our pool hours for swimming are 7:00 am – 9:00 pm, however you can access this area even after swimming hours.
  • All children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult while swimming or in the general area.
  • EATING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL.
  • Glass is not allowed on the pool deck.
  • Speakers are not allowed by the pool
  • Only Food and drinks purchased from SouthSide Bistro & Bar is allowed in the dinning and pool deck area.

 

POOL & BATH TOWELS: 

  • Kindly ask at front desk for pool/beach towels.
  • Pool/beach towels must be returned to front desk.
  • To refresh pool/beach towel do so at front desk.
  • Charges will apply for any damage or lost towels.
  • Do not use white or pool/beach towels on dyed hair or to remove make up. (Kindly ask at front desk for a cosmetic towel)

 

TIPPING PROCEDURE

  • Tipping is not mandatory and is completely at the discretion of the guest.
  • Staff are not allowed to accept tips from guest directly.
  • If you wish to tip staff, kindly ask at front desk for an envelope and write the name or names of the person you wish to tip. (If you are unsure of the staff member’s name, you can give a brief description to front desk, and they will place the name on the envelope).

 

NO SMOKING 

  • There is absolutely no smoking in the room or balcony. If smoking is detected this will result in charge of $200 USD penalty.

ENERGY SAVING:

To assist us in conserving energy, we kindly ask that you turn off lights, AC, and television when not in use. The air-conditioner will leak if the doors or windows are open while in use.

HOUSEKEEPING:

  • Rooms will be serviced every other day. During this time, we kindly ask that you sit on your balcony or feel free to lounge by pool until completion of the service.

HAIR DRYER & IRON

  • Both can be requested from front desk.
  • Hair dryers can be kept for the duration of your stay however irons are loaned for 1 hour and should be returned to front desk after use.

CHECK-OUT:

  • Check-out 11:00 Am. (late check-out is based on availability and may incur a charge (Dial 0)

 ROOM KEYS & FOBS:

  • Only registered guest should have access to room keys or codes. Lost or damage keys will incur a charge to the guest.

 VISITORS:

  • For your safety and the safety of other guests, unregistered persons visiting the property are required to provide their full name and contact details at front desk.
  • Visitors/unregistered guests are not allowed in guest rooms or to use the pool.
  • Visitors/unregistered guests should not have access to room keys.

The Pool and Bistro are located at rare of the Property, you can also exit the building and access the carpark as well.
