RESERVATION POLICY

• All bookings must be secured via deposit.
• To make a reservation person must be 18 years and over.
• Deposit of 50% on bookings 2 nights or more at the time of booking.
• Deposit of 100% on 1 night bookings at the time of booking.
• Additional persons (12 years and over) – $40 USD per night, per person.
• Children of all ages are allowed to stay.
• 1 Child under under 12 accompanied by 2 adults stays FREE.
• 2 Children under 12 accompanied by 2 adults pays $15 USD per night, per room.
• To avoid cancellation penalties bookings should be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
• A Damage deposit of $75.00 USD will be charged at check-in on all on all bookings.
• Early check-in or late-check out is subject to availability on the day of check-in, a charge of $35USD per room may apply.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY

Check-In is 3:00 PM. and Check-Out is 11:00 A.M. Should you require an early Check-in or late Check-out, please notify us prior to your arrival or departure, this may incur an additional cost and will be based on availability.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL POLICY

To keep our guest and staff safe from the spread of COVID-19 mask wearing is required in public areas, sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the property to allow the sanitisation of hands.

Temperature checks and sanitisation is required upon arrival at Front desk during your swift check-in process.

Each guestroom is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised by our house keeping staff who undergo continuous training on cleaning, health and safety protocols. Each guest is given a sanitised room.

NOTICE

We pride ourselves in offering a Pet Free and Smoke Free accommodation therefore smoking is not allowed in the building but allowed in the lounge and garden area.
